to receive marketing and information communications
from the Doctor Stroy digital platform

This Consent is voluntary and is provided by a separate checkbox that is unticked by default. Registration and use of the Platform do not depend on the provision of this Consent. Service (transactional) communications related to the operation of the Platform and the performance of Transactions are sent regardless of this Consent and are not considered marketing.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. I, a legally capable natural person at least 18 years old (the «Subject», «I»), in accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 «On Advertising» and Article 15 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data», consent to receive from the Operator marketing and information communications and to the processing of my personal data for these purposes.
1.2. The Consent is provided freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in the form of an electronic document by ticking a separate checkbox next to the text «I agree to receive marketing and information communications». The Consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

2. CONTENT AND CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATIONS
2.1. This Consent applies to receiving messages with the following content: information on services, goods and other features available on the Platform and offered by Partners; information on new functionality of the Platform; special offers, promotions, discounts and bonus programmes; surveys and invitations to participate in events; other marketing and information materials of the Operator and its Partners.
2.2. I consent to receiving such communications via the following channels:
- messages via mobile radiotelephone communications network (SMS) to my phone number;
- messages to my email address;
- push notifications to my devices via mobile applications and the browser;
- messages and notifications in the Personal Account on the Platform.
2.3. To send communications, the Operator processes the following of my personal data: name, mobile phone number, email address, device token for push notifications, and information on my actions on the Platform — for the formation of relevant offers.
2.4. For the delivery of communications, the Operator may engage parties entrusted with the processing of personal data (SMS sending services, email and push notification delivery services), the list of which is set out in the Privacy Policy at doctorstroy.ru/legal/privacy.
3. VALIDITY AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
3.1. This Consent is valid from the moment of its provision and until its withdrawal by the Subject.
3.2. I may at any time refuse to receive marketing and information communications (withdraw this Consent) by any of the following methods:
- by using the unsubscribe link or instruction contained in the communication itself;
- by changing the relevant notification settings in the Personal Account;
- by sending a notice to the Operator at malshaev@yandex.ru or to the postal address 358014, Republic of Kalmykia, Elista, Citi-3 microdistrict, building 34.
3.3. The Operator ceases to send marketing and information communications and ceases processing of personal data for the said purposes within no more than 3 (three) business days from receipt of the refusal (withdrawal of Consent), except for cases when technological time is required to stop already formed campaigns, but in any event no later than the period established by law.
3.4. Withdrawal of this Consent does not affect the validity of the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data, and does not stop service (transactional) communications necessary for the operation of the Platform and the performance of Transactions.
4. CONFIRMATIONS BY THE SUBJECT
4.1. By providing this Consent, I confirm that: I have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity; the phone number and email address indicated by me belong to me; I have read the terms of this Consent and the procedure for refusing communications; this Consent is provided by me voluntarily by a separate checkbox and is not a condition for using the Platform.
