to the processing of personal data
permitted by the subject for distribution
on the Doctor Stroy digital platform

This Consent is provided separately from any other consents of the subject of personal data, as required by part 6 of Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data» (the «Law No. 152-FZ»). The Consent is provided by a separate checkbox. Silence or inaction of the subject of personal data shall under no circumstances be considered as consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Consent is provided in accordance with Article 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ and governs the processing of personal data that I, a legally capable natural person at least 18 years old (the «Subject», «I»), permit for distribution, that is, for disclosure to an indefinite number of persons on the Operator's information resources.
1.2. The Consent is provided freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in the form of an electronic document by ticking a separate checkbox next to the text «I consent to the processing of my personal data permitted for distribution». The ticking of the checkbox, in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ of 6 April 2011 «On Electronic Signature», is recognised as a simple electronic signature of the Subject.
1.3. The provision of this Consent is voluntary. Failure to provide or withdrawal of the Consent does not prevent registration and use of the Platform but makes it impossible to display the public profile of a Service Provider, the portfolio and/or to publish reviews and ratings on behalf of the Subject.
1.4. The information indicated by the Subject in the registration form and in the profile (surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or the indicated name, phone number, email address) is used to identify the Subject who provided this Consent. The date, time and technical parameters of the provision of the Consent are recorded and stored by the Operator.
2. OPERATOR CARRYING OUT THE PROCESSING

3. INFORMATION RESOURCES ON WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION IS CARRIED OUT
3.1. The distribution of personal data permitted by the Subject for distribution is carried out by the Operator on the following of its information resources:
- the website at doctorstroy.ru, including its subdomains and publicly available sections;
- the Doctor Stroy mobile applications for devices on iOS and Android platforms.
3.2. Access to the specified information resources is open; personal data permitted for distribution become available to an indefinite number of persons — visitors of the Platform.
4. LIST OF PERSONAL DATA PERMITTED FOR DISTRIBUTION
4.1. I permit for distribution (disclosure to an indefinite number of persons) the following of my personal data.
4.1.1. When posting the public profile of a Service Provider
- name (surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or the indicated name);
- profile photograph (avatar) and other images posted by me;
- city (locality) of service provision;
- specialisation, list and description of services provided, information on experience and qualifications indicated by me;
- information on tariffs (cost of services) and availability schedule;
- portfolio of works performed, including photographs of works and their descriptions;
- rating, number and content of reviews and ratings received;
- verification status of the profile on the Platform (without disclosing the details of documents).
4.1.2. When publishing reviews and ratings
- name (surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or the indicated name) or another public identifier indicated by me;
- profile photograph (avatar) — if available;
- text of the review, the rating given and the date of their posting.
4.2. I confirm that I do not permit for distribution and do not post within the above data the details of identity documents, INN, bank details, the precise address of residence, and special categories and biometric personal data. If such information is posted by me personally, I am liable for the consequences of its disclosure.
5. CONDITIONS AND PROHIBITIONS ON PROCESSING
5.1. I permit the Operator and other persons who have gained access to the personal data specified in Section 4 to perform with them the following actions for the purposes specified in clause 5.2: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, modification), extraction, use, distribution (disclosure to an indefinite number of persons on the Operator's information resources), provision, access, blocking, deletion and destruction.
5.2. Purposes of processing of personal data permitted for distribution: creation and display of the public profile of the Service Provider and the portfolio for search of a Service Provider by Customers; publication of reviews and ratings to inform other Users; ensuring the operation, content and promotion of the Platform.
5.3. Conditions of transfer (other than provision of access). I establish the following condition: transfer (distribution, provision, access) of the specified personal data to other persons, other than their disclosure to an indefinite number of persons on the Operator's information resources specified in Section 3, is not permitted, except where such transfer is necessary for the operation of the Platform (engagement of parties entrusted with processing) or is expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. Prohibitions. I prohibit the processing of the specified personal data by an indefinite number of persons for purposes unrelated to the use of the Platform for its intended purpose, including the prohibition of their use for sending advertising by third parties, for forming third-party databases, for automated collection (scraping) and for any other purposes not provided for in clause 5.2.
5.5. Additional conditions and prohibitions established by the Subject individually (if any): not established.
6. VALIDITY OF CONSENT
6.1. This Consent is valid from the moment of its provision and until its withdrawal by the Subject or deletion of the Subject's Account.
6.2. Termination of the Consent results in the termination of distribution of the relevant personal data in accordance with Section 7.
7. PROCEDURE FOR TERMINATION OF TRANSFER (DISTRIBUTION) AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
7.1. In accordance with part 12 of Article 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ, I may at any time require the Operator to cease the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of my personal data permitted for distribution and may withdraw this Consent.
7.2. The requirement to cease the transfer (distribution) and/or withdrawal of the Consent shall be sent to the Operator in writing at 358014, Republic of Kalmykia, Elista, Citi-3 microdistrict, building 34 or to the email address malshaev@yandex.ru, or implemented through the functionality of the Personal Account (where available). The requirement shall indicate the surname, first name, patronymic (if any), contact information of the Subject, as well as the list of personal data the processing of which is to be ceased.
7.3. The Operator is obliged to cease the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data within 3 (three) business days from receipt of the Subject's requirement or within another period indicated by the Subject.
7.4. The validity of this Consent in the part of distribution is terminated from the moment of receipt of the said requirement. The termination of distribution does not entail the termination of processing of personal data for other purposes and on other legal grounds provided for in the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and by law.
8. CONFIRMATIONS BY THE SUBJECT
8.1. By providing this Consent, I confirm that:
- I have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity;
- I have read this Consent, I understand that the personal data permitted for distribution will become available to an indefinite number of persons, and I am aware of the consequences of such disclosure;
- the personal data permitted by me for distribution are accurate and relate to me;
- this Consent is provided by me by a separate checkbox not combined with other consents and documents.
